After Buying A Core Package How Do I Download My Weekly Videos?

After you purchase your Core Package you are given a wallet of 40 video credits.  You can view these credits by clicking on the “My Account” button located in the upper right hand corner of the screen.  To download a video session, simply go to the Media Vault, choose your session, click “buy” then click “use wallet”.  The video screen for your video will come up and you can either stream full screen right away or click the download button below the video to download a High Quality, HD video file to move to whatever computer you want to show it from.  Note: the downloadable video file is a large file and can take up to 45 minutes to download depending on your internet connection speed, so plan accordingly.
