And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28
Man was created by a perfect Creator but then stepped in it early on so-to-speak, thus the pressures of life here on earth. Are they really pressures? This is something to ponder in this New Year. God has given us the right to choose and provided us grace. We are not victims of our faith but victors of our new found heritage.
The Bible says we have been given the peace that passes all understanding. “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7. God has provided grace to live life with the attitude of gratitude, the prospective of purpose and meaning rather than being trapped in a life of insecurity, wondering how are we going to get through our next series of circumstances and issues. Each situation we have to face is put there for a reason. We know that we have a God that never condemns us; a heavenly father that is there providing the courage and stamina to build us into the person he wants us to be and we want to be. See what a change that takes place. This year, you will not be a victim but a victor because you have been given the mind of Christ. It’s your choice, your God given choice that will provide the growth that will make you the person you want to be. Enjoy the process. God wants you to be fulfilled. Thank Him often.
Father, you are truth, there is no other. Keep my mind on you.
