Fighting the Good Fight

Here are a few questions to ask yourself:  How valuable is the ability to see an invisible enemy — How useful is the ability to respond, locate, and neutralize threats quickly — How disconcerting do you think it is to a terrorist organization when all its fake identities, safe houses, fronting businesses, weapons caches, terrorist cells, and it’s ultimate, secret playbook are intercepted and disseminated — How helpful would it be to know the psychology of your enemy leader, his motivations, and the resulting tactics?

Incognito in warfare is priority. Oh yes, you can believe he’s hot under the collar about this desire of yours, and he’s going to see to it that it goes one place: nowhere.  That’s why, to employ God’s capability and detection system you are going to need more than a game plan and passion. You are going to need up-to-the-minute Intel. When you act on this information your offense will be rock solid, incapable of being compromised. Your faith and confidence will sky rocket.

“For the Lord gives wisdom, from His mouth come knowledge and understanding.  He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, guarding the paths of justice, and He preserves of His godly ones.  Then you will discern righteousness and justice and equity and every good course.  For wisdom will enter your heart, and knowledge will be pleasant to your soul; discretion will guard you, understanding will watch over you, to deliver you from the way of evil. (Proverbs 2:6-12, NASB)

Passion and game plan are important but without Intel that you can trust and employ, the warfare that we enter daily is daunting to say the least. We all know the message, but it’s being blocked by our own choice. Make a decision to follow the perfect Intel and the expert Holy Spirit who teaches it.   There’s an old saying. It’s something about a horse, do you recall?

Thank you Father, for leading this horse to water.
